Our team is comprised of passionate and experienced builders, designers and quantity surveyors, who have pooled together our years of knowledge combined with current trends (post lockdown) to provide you with a seamless solution to build the office of the future, allowing flexibility, growth, safety and care.
Assessment & Consultation
A full assessment of your current setup is done. We will work through your requirements, as well as assess the space based on the current Occupational Health & Safety Act, which includes the new Covid-19 protocols.
Should you require a new space, we will assess your needs as explained to us by you, while ensuring the guidelines from OHS are automatically included.
Design
We will design your custom space, including furniture layouts, according to a look and feel that suits your needs and business culture. We include current “clean” building practice in all designs.
Cost
Our pencil sharp quantity surveyors will cost your build from top to bottom. Incorporating all solutions and requirements that have been resolved during the assessment and design process.
Build
Once the build has been cost, we hand it over to our certified team of project managers and builders to execute the work. Working to an industry standard timeline, our management skills and dedicated construction team and suppliers ensure that your space is delivered on time, everytime, within budget. While observing current social distancing, hygeine and Covid-19 protocols of course.
All services are either available in a turnkey, start to finish solution, or as individual items, as you require them.
